I think it is fair to say that we in North Carolina are beyond weary, we are weary at the lack of integrity and consistency from you. We’ve been waiting for you to consistently strive to uphold the constitution and to speak of for the people who are watching their careers fold, their research upended and for the people who are frightened. The elders, who truly are worried about Social Security, our veterans who depend on their health system to be there for them. And my brother-in-law is one of those. Our children who do depend on lunches and snacks from school because even working two jobs it’s hard for their parents to adequately care for them. So we’re weary of all of that we’re weary of having inept people appointed to positions that they can barely name much less actually fulfill the role that they’ve been appointed to. The latest, of course, getting rid of the lady at the Library of Congress, which I hope you know does not just sit around and read children all kinds of books. Is there a little reading room there but it’s a research library and it keeps track of all of our books and projects. We’ve got Kennedy swimming in a creek that flows with sewage and he thinks it’s funny. Interesting though they were swimming in jeans so there must be something creeping around in the back of his mind about the water quality that’s not a worm. We have Patel, who can’t even get a budget together and is disgustingly aloof about it. We are watching FEMA just be thrown in the trash and taken out. You know how important it is, and when the director spoke up about the importance of FEMA and how he felt that it should continue, he was shown the door and a lackey was brought in. And finally, we have a president who thinks that it’s OK for a country that has historically supported Hamas and Hezbollah to redesign a plane for him, a flying palace, if you will. Sure let’s pretend that Air Force One a plane that is supposed to be the most secure and technologically advanced plane in the world should be done by this group. Not only is it corruption and bribery, it’s stupid. I’m sorry that you are afraid to speak out. I’m sorry that you have been threatened or even feel threatened. That’s not a good thing to feel. But now is the time for you to either step it up sort of like the guys did during the revolutionary war or get out. The people have depended on you to step up, to look out for us and yes to honor the constitution, but you can’t seem to consistently do this. So perhaps you should get out and we can vote someone in who will do it.
