I was disappointed this morning to discover that you voted in favor of House Resolution 488 last night. Of the three sections, only one actually condemns the attack. The other 2 side with Trump's unlawful power grabs this past weekend. After seeing the peaceful demonstrations in LA being attacked by ICE agents, it is incredibly disappointing to see you give public thanks to them. If ICE were to come to Charlotte in force, would you also stand by as your people are assaulted? Without a public statement condemning ICE's assault on the American people, I will assume you continue to stand by them, and that you do not represent the people of Charlotte.
