Stop the Route 23-Route 71 connector through Marion and Morrow counties. There is already a connector between them in Route 30. And why not use Route 36-37? Also, since Delaware has allowed continued unregulated growth along Route 23, put the connector in Delaware county. Why should Marion and Morrow Counties suffer for Delaware County's poor planning?
