I am writing to express my DEEP disappointment and disgust that you voted to renew and expand Section 702 of FISA. There is very little evidence that we Americans are more safe as the spying powers of the security state have been expanded. In fact rampant abuses involving American citizens have been repeatedly documented. This is especially worrisome now as college protestors have had their rights and bodily safety jeopardized in protection of foreign state interests, foreign interests which include active Genocide. I will repeat that legally apt description...Genocide. Today I am ashamed to be your constituent.
