I am writing as a disabled constituent, to urge you to take action to join or create or however it needs to be done, for Wisconsin to be a part of a WHO health alliance as other states have already done. This state has already done things like declare state mask mandates illegal, there isn't one single Post Acute COVID clinic in the state despite having 2 full medical schools, little to no focused research, healthcare is not even requiring masks in this historic influenza season here. We need you to act.
