Senator Charbonneau, I am writing concerning the Medicaid “Health and Wellness waiver” program in Indiana.   People are qualified for this program.    They clearly qualify.    They/we are contributing members of our society.    By these Health and Wellness Waivers not being opened, disabled persons who are beloved members of our families and communities are not being allowed to participate in society.    Please open up the wait list.   Please move people through the waitlist.   Qualified people shouldn’t be sitting on the waitlist for years.   Please support home and community based services.    Thank you for your work on healthcare through the years.    It was noticeable when you helped Porter County use their allocated funds a few years ago.
