"AI" Needs to be banned from medical care until "AI" is actually capable of doing a good job. Too many stories about horrific medical incidents where doctors are using AI to summarize charts and the AI produces errors. To be clear, LLM technology that most people refer to as "AI" is not "Intelligence." It's a fancy regression model that is capable of correlating words around a topic. There's nothing intelligent about it, and hallucinations CAN NOT BE FIXED IN THE CURRENT ARCHITECTURE. Instead of executive orders "banning legislature against AI," we need actual bans on AI until the technology works - or until big tech gives up on this particular dead end avenue of "AI." Americans are sick and tired of this being shoved into every aspect of their life because a handful of silicon valley CEOs have bet their legacy on it. This is ridiculous.
