You could be our hero. Our leader. Our way out of the insanity. If only you would stand up to the fascist, racist, criminal administration of Donald Trump. A Wisconsin judge was arrested for doing her job. Adults and children are disappearing and deported without due process. Underprivileged citizens are being targeted. Federal employees have been fired for no reason. The Constitution and rule of law is being ignored. We are becoming a lawless nation. All it takes is to say NO to his policies, to vote NO on his agenda, to start INFLUENCING your colleagues. Just a handful of Republicans could change this dangerous course we are on. You have the power to stop, or at least slow down, this vicious, vile administration. I'm not asking you to do anything out of the ordinary. It's all about common sense and decency. Please be our hero. You could be known as the Iowan who protected the constitution, upheld the rule of law, and began the movement to save our democracy.
