reversed my vehicle and hit his vehicle behind me. I only had liability insurance and the Erie insurance denied my claim because of the wrong police repo rt. The body shop manager is willing to testify I was rear ended. I complained to the La Plata Town Police and the Charles County Sheriff Police Board ma ny months ago but have not heard back. I was rear ended on April 2, 2025 around 3:05 pm by a white juvenile in La Plata but the La Plata Town Police made a wrong racially biased report that I Police has been unresponsive
