Has he upheld his promise? Maybe I've missed it with this chaotic, messy administration dominating the headlines with things like throwing Gatsby parties for the wealthy elite while there's veterans in line at food banks.... So when did he appoint that senior official? Can you refer me to a reliable source of when that occurred?
