I'm a fourth generation American Citizen. My relatives fought in World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and Desert Storm.
And, I am having trouble understanding why I'm currently afraid to go to the supermarket, or walk my dog, without taking my Passport.
I am terrified that a masked federal agent with a gun is going to kidnap me, beat me, and/or shoot me, just because I am walking on the streets of Raleigh, or buying groceries from an international market that has a specialty product I want to use.
This country no longer feels like the land of the free. Instead, it feels like 1930s Eastern Europe where citizens had to carry their papers everywhere they went.
I AM SCARED. I DON’T FEEL SAFE. AND, I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK.
Please, I beg you, help normal, law abiding, American citizens once again feel safe in our cities, towns, state, and throughout this nation.
