I am writing as your constituent to express my unequivocal opposition to Hakeem Jeffries serving as Speaker of the House. In my view, his leadership has demonstrated a troubling lack of political courage, urgency, and willingness to take meaningful action when it matters most. I am deeply frustrated by what I perceive as a pattern of cautious rhetoric, insufficient resistance, and a failure to translate stated Democratic priorities into substantive results. At a time when Americans need principled, decisive leadership, I believe we deserve more than carefully crafted statements and symbolic opposition. We deserve leaders who are willing to take difficult positions, confront challenges directly, and demonstrate through their actions that they are fighting for the people they represent. I am asking you to oppose Hakeem Jeffries for Speaker of the House and support a leadership approach that prioritizes accountability, conviction, and measurable action. I would appreciate a direct response regarding your position on his leadership and how you intend to vote.
