I am asking that you support H.R. 407, the Prevent Tariff Abuse Act introduced by Rep. DelBene. This would prevent any President from entering the US into a tariff dispute without congressional approval and permission, and also allow congress to veto the implementation of tariffs if need be. Congress once had power over tariffs and gave it to the executive branch, congress should take this power back to stop its improper usage. Thank you.
