End U.S. Military Funding to Israel

To: Sen. Budd, Rep. McDowell, Sen. Tillis

From: A verified voter in Concord, NC

May 8

Stop sending military aid to Israel. The U.S. has committed $3.8 billion to Israel since the Hamas war began, on top of a 10-year, $38 billion agreement that locks in $3.3 billion annually in Foreign Military Financing plus $500 million for missile defense. That money goes directly to weapons purchases from Boeing and Lockheed Martin — and Israel gets special treatment no other country receives, including an interest-bearing Federal Reserve account that grows their allocation and a "cash flow financing" arrangement that lets them buy weapons on credit beyond their annual limit. This isn't just a line item. It's active material support for a military campaign that has killed tens of thousands of civilians. There is a pending $14 billion additional package for Israel that the House has not yet scheduled for a vote. Block it. Beyond that, work to end the existing Memorandum of Understanding and halt all Foreign Military Financing to Israel immediately. Constituent pressure is real — I'm watching this vote closely.
