The NC HOP program is in jeopardy because of your thoughtless budget plans. Particularly after Helene, so many of your constituents depend on HOP for food security and housing repairs. If you defund HOP these people will be left without resources. Don't think they won't remember your cruelty when it comes time for re-election. It's horrible that you want to take this program away. Please show some compassion and humanity, and act in the best interests of your voters by continuing this program.
