I am a constituent in 86005. I am writing because I understand that the Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2025, aka the MilCon Appropriations bill, is moving forward without the Kennedy Amendment in it. Super! I want to make sure that it stays out when this comes up for a floor vote. The Kennedy Amendment is dangerous, bad for veterans, and bad for all of us.
