How can he be expected to impartially handle cases related to election security, political corruption, or even future January 6 prosecutions? This nomination is not about partisan politics—it is about the integrity of our judicial system. Appointing Ed Martin would set a dangerous precedent, further eroding public confidence in our institutions at a time when faith in democracy is already under attack. I urge you to use your voice and your vote to reject his nomination and demand a nominee who respects the rule of law and the principles of justice. The American people deserve prosecutors who uphold democracy—not those who defend its attackers. I hope you will take a stand against this reckless nomination before it does irreparable damage to our country.
