I am opposed to HB 958. This bill doesn’t protect voters, it is a voter suppression bill. Additionally it puts Dave Bollick, a man who has proven he does not have the interest of all NC voters in mind and is surrounded by scandal, into a position of ultimate power over decisions regarding ballots after the vote. Lastly, the single most dangerous aspect of this bill is the provision that would allow mass challenges to election outcomes up to three days after the election. I urge you to vote against HB 958.
