Donald Trump’s banning of CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from the White House is an affront to the 1st amendment and the principle of the free press, a cornerstone to our democracy. What if Barack Obama or Joe Biden banned Fox News because they did not like what was being broadcast on their airwaves? Republicans, such as yourselves would be screaming from the rooftops about the egregious violation of the 1st amendment. In this case, however, the silence of republican leaders such as yourselves is deafening. Please drop the hypocrisy, and stand up for the Constitution and what is morally right. Stop supporting and defending the mortally and legally corrupt and incompetent leader of your party, and start acting in the best interests of those you represent, otherwise you will be voted out of office at the first opportunity in favor of those who are willing to, in the words of the oath you took when taking office, “support and defend the Constitution of the United against all enemies, foreign and domestic“
