“Alligator Alcatraz”, and your party’s gleeful celebration of this concentration camp, is a blight on the state. We should not have built it, we should not be lauding it. And now I hear that ICE is pulling law enforcement off of counter terrorism, domestic terrorism, and so much more. All to disappear people who aren’t committing crimes and many are here legally. I also read today that support for immigration and immigrants is booming because of the terrible abuse on the part of ICE. I’m glad attention is being given to their plight, but we could have just passed the bill that Trump killed before and had an actual solution instead of a police state. Oppose the police state. Oppose ICE overreach. Oppose concentration camps. I can’t believe I have to write this.
