I am writing to ask you support Section 230 and push back against efforts to repeal or reform it. This law enables the internet to function as it current ly, both on large corporate platforms, free resources like Wikipedia, and smaller websites like blogs and forums. Changing or ending Section 230 will not end corporate surveillance, the consolidation of internet platforms into a few large companies ions for smaller websites/creators and enable censorship in a way t hat violates people’s first amendment rights, thus further enabling , or harrassment/bigoted speech online.
