Defend voting rights, oppose anti-democratic efforts, protect election integrity.
To: Rep. Ross, Sen. Tillis, Sen. Budd
From: A constituent in Raleigh, NC
November 21
It is deeply concerning that the incoming administration has appointed individuals who actively challenged the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election results. This represents a direct threat to our democratic process and the fundamental right of Americans to have their votes counted fairly. We must safeguard voting rights and reject anti-democratic efforts to undermine free and fair elections. I urge you to vocally oppose any actions or policies from this administration that seek to restrict voting access, enable partisan gerrymandering, or cast doubt on legitimate election outcomes. The peaceful transfer of power is a hallmark of American democracy, and we cannot allow baseless conspiracy theories to erode this principle. I implore you to defend the will of the people as expressed through their votes and to push back against any undemocratic attempts to subvert election integrity. The sanctity of our elections is paramount, and it falls upon our elected representatives to be steadfast guardians of this sacred democratic tradition.
