I am writing to urge you to take action regarding former President Donald J. Trump’s blatant violations of the U.S. Constitution. His recent attempts to unlawfully rewrite the 14th Amendment through Executive Order 14160—aimed at ending birthright citizenship—demonstrate a clear disregard for constitutional law. Additionally, he has overstepped Congress by ignoring Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, which grants Congress the sole power to authorize taxes and funding. His actions also violate the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, as he attempts to strip Congress of its constitutional authority over the federal budget. These egregious violations alone disqualify Donald Trump from holding the office of the presidency. His continued disregard for constitutional limits, separation of powers, and the rule of law must not be ignored.
