Prohibit the use of personally identifiable health information of Federal Employees participating in the Federal Employees Healthcare Benefits (FEHB) Program. This administration, specifically, President Donald John Trump, has no right or business reason to request, obtain, or possess the personally identifiable health information of millions of Federal employees, retirees, and their dependents. Please prevent the Office of Personnel Management from complying with the administration's overly vague and abusive request and protect what is left of the private and personal information of millions of Federal employees and their families, like me, my spouse, and our innocent children. Donald John Trump is a thief and a conman stopping at nothing to make himself rich while in office. His request reeks of a grift or ploy to force all Federal Employees to utilize his pharmaceutical program Trump Rx and enrich him and his family while invading the privacy of millions lf dedicated public servants and their dependants. His DOGE has already stolen the PII and PHI of millions of Americans. Further, OPM has proven that they cannot protect the data they collect on Federal employees and retirees as evidenced by their infamous data breach in 2015 that affected millions of public servants like my husband and me. This was followed by the data breach of the eOPF system which also affected millions of Federal employees including my husband and me...which also included the data of my beneficiaries such as my late Mother and our children. Mr. Trump, OPM, and this entire administration has no reason to make such an overbroad request other than to steal this data and use it to enrich Mr. Trump and so he can use the data against Federal employees he deems to be disloyal and discriminate against those he deems undesirable. His request violates the HIPAA and GINA laws among other statutes and regulations. Any misuse of this data obtained from insurers and pharmaceutical companies by OPM would amount to a violation of the Privacy Act of 1974 since they also have no known cybersecurity plan to house and secure such information. Stop this administration from stealing our private data and weaponizing it against the Federal workforce. We serve the entire United States of America to include our Nation's military with pride and loyalty to the Constitution, not to one singular man or party affiliation. If this breach of personally identifiable health information is permitted, you will have passively participated in the largest theft of this type of data known to the Federal government in our Nation's history. Protect our data and tell this administration you will not permit OPM or any other politician, federal representative, office, entity, or institution to collect it for any reason, ever.
