I'm writing to urge the Senator to support the enforcement of the legally mandated release of the Epstein files. The DOJ and Attorney General Pam Bondi must release the rest of the Epstein files as required by law or face the consequences, including imprisonment. Donald Trump promised the release of the client list throughout his 2024 presidential campaign. Pam Bondi publicly claimed the list was sitting on her desk. Then on July 6th, the DOJ released a memo concluding there was no client list and declined to publicly release evidence. The DOJ has since made weak promises to release grand jury testimonies. However, the DOJ'S reversal of repeated promises of transparency, along with Trump's aggressive campaign to suppress the story, have violated public trust. Trump's DOJ already operates as a protection racket for Trump. The public deserves to know who was involved in this heinous crime ring. I urge you to demand the full public release of the Epstein files. Thank you for your time and consideration.
