States- Protect School Vaccine Mandates and Reject Trump's Anti-Science Vaccine Order This executive order on childhood vaccines is dangerous, and I need you to act against it. Trump and RFK Jr. are not doctors, yet they are actively undermining the CDC's authority and pushing parents to delay or skip vaccines that protect entire communities. Measles cases are already surging among unvaccinated children. This order will make that worse. The science is not ambiguous. Dozens of studies confirm vaccines do not cause autism. Even Senator Bill Cassidy, a physician, called the order flatly "wrong" and warned it will increase hesitancy and leave children less protected. Breaking the MMR into separate visits doesn't reduce shots — it multiplies appointments, strains families financially, and gives hesitant parents more opportunities to opt out entirely. Hold the line on school vaccination requirements in this state. Push back on any federal pressure to weaken those mandates, and use your platform to educate constituents on what these diseases actually do to children. Measles can cause brain damage and death. These are not abstract risks. The people driving this order are gambling with kids' lives to score political points, and I expect you to say so loudly.
