Hi — my name is River, I’m a constituent in Las Vegas, 89141. I’m calling to ask Senators Rosen and Cortez to oppose any DHS appropriations bill that includes additional funding for ICE — especially without enforceable guardrails. The country has watched fatal encounters involving federal immigration agents in Minneapolis and there is widespread concern about aggressive tactics. I’m also alarmed that state/local leaders and civil-rights groups have filed lawsuits alleging unconstitutional stops/arrests and overreach. Please vote NO on more ICE funding and support amendments that require warrants, ban suspicionless stops, and create real accountability. Will the Senators commit to that?”
