Vought cannot be confirmed. He has expressed desire to keep public servants “in trauma,” so they cannot resist his extreme agenda, as well as use military force against the American people while doing what he can so he can “not have the legal community or the defense community come in and say.” It doesn’t matter if this is Trump’s agenda or not, someone with this level of vitriol and lust for power over the American people and its faithful civil servants is inappropriate and unconscionable.
