Vote to block the DOJ's $1.8 billion "Anti-Weaponization Fund." This is not a legitimate legal settlement — it's a taxpayer-funded payout to Trump's political allies, including pardoned January 6 rioters, Enrique Tarrio of the Proud Boys, and Mike Lindell. Trump himself admitted on Truth Social that he "gave up a lot of money" to allow it, directly contradicting his earlier claim of non-involvement. That's not how legitimate government settlements work.
The constitutional problems alone should be disqualifying. Legal experts have raised serious questions about the fund's legality, and Senate Republicans were so alarmed they canceled a budget vote rather than go on record supporting it. A White House document sent to GOP senators contained at least nine factual discrepancies from the actual legal agreement. This fund rewards criminal conduct with public money and sets a precedent that political loyalty buys federal payouts. Kill it.
