First, I support the American Energy Dominance Act, which would remove the accelerated deadlines that the One Big Beautiful Bill Act placed on the renewable energy production tax credit and investment tax credit, and make similar changes to other impacted credits. At this moment of climate crisis and insanely expensive fuel prices we need to encourage ad support clean energy projects, not rush and defund them. Second, I understand that Rep. Harriet Hageman introduced a bill, H.R. 8330, which would bar retroactive climate liability lawsuits and throw out legal challenges already taking place. No way! Oil and gas companies have known what their products would do to our climate for 30 years at least. They lied about it and the costs to humanity are incalculable. They should pay. Ask the Congressmember to vote no, please. Thanks.
