People do not join the US military to be political pawns. They do not join the military to fight US citizens. They do not join the military to threaten peaceful protesters. They join the military to protect this country, not further break it apart. What Trump is doing is weak and sad and unconscionable. He cannot stand that people hate his terrible policies. Sending the military into American cities is not going to make the people living there like him more. It’s just going to make them angrier. You need to speak against this clear abuse of authority and federal law.
