Please find a compromise to amend Multnomah County’s Preschool for all. Amend it to 0.5% tax rate for first tier high earners and to 1% for second tier. This will reduce tax rate and keep the revenue more in line with actual spend utilization. We have considered moving due to our $25,000+ tax burden for just this line item in fiscal year 2024. If taxing our income just sits under utilized that is outrageous. Thank you.
