Gov. DeWine must veto Sub SB 219. He has already vetoed many of this bill's provisions when the oil and gas industry tried to sneak them into last year's state budget. Sub SB 219 drastically speeds up every step in the process to frack Ohio state parks and public lands. It reduces ODNR discretion to regulate fracking, and hands oil and gas companies longer leases, more time to pay, and fewer consequences. Gov. DeWine stood up to the industry before. Ohioans are counting on him to do it again. Please veto Sub SB 219! Thanks for your consideration.
