The Supreme Court has spoken - the Administration must return Mr. Garcia from the foreign hellhole they mistakenly sent him to.
Do your job. Fulfill the oath you took to defend the Constitution.
Sending people out of the country without a warrant, conviction, or an appearance before a Judge is illegal. If these men are indeed gang members, prove it in court. That’s how our system works.
Overlooking the egregious lawlessness of this administration is an abdication of your duty.
It doesn’t serve the people of Florida, whom you claim to represent, and it’s caused irreparable harm to our international reputation. Edit Your duty is to stand up for the PEOPLE, not for the illicit actions of an out of control administration.
