I’m writing to ask that the Senator get more aggressive in highlighting how bad this reconciliation bill is. I shocking number of people don’t even know it exists or how much they stand to lose if it passes. I have hope that in general when people learn what’s in the bill they strongly oppose it but they’re still way too uninformed. The Senator has a massive platform and I want him to get louder and more creative about making sure people know about this bill. We elected him to fight for us. Right now fighting looks like getting very loud about the massive harm this bill will do—not just to our healthcare system and nutrition assistance programs but also to our environment, to jobs and to students.
