Furthermore, Musk's claims of rampant fraud within government systems lack evidence and his estimate of cutting $1 trillion from the deficit seems unfounded. Giving an unelected individual like Musk unchecked power to gut agencies and access sensitive data systems raises serious ethical and legal questions about abuse of power. I urge you to take immediate action to rein in Musk's overreach and protect USAID's essential work. American citizens did not vote for Musk to unilaterally dismantle our government and foreign policy apparatus based on unsubstantiated claims.
