We have an urgent issue where a federal appeals court just ruled that CSAM is acceptable as long as it depicts fake children generated by AI. This is unacceptable. I urge you to introduce a bill making AI generated CSAM illegal across-the-board we need to protect our children and if we allow CSAM to be acceptable as long as it’s not depicting real children, it creates a slippery slope. Please act. We need legislation to safeguard us from AI. We need to protect our home, our planet, our water, our environment, and so many things from data centers and AI. We need to legislate the bounds in which software is permitted.
