There is a video of an ICE agent photographing a protester’s license plate and telling her she is now in the database for domestic terrorists. This is not OK. For so many reasons. 1. Ice does not have jurisdiction to be taking photographs of identifying information for private citizens of the United States without probable cause or a warrant. 2. He is clearly trying to intimidate a citizen who is performing their freedom to record and bear witness. Their freedom that has been declared by the government of their state. The government of their state has directed citizens to record. 3. The domestic terrorism is being perpetrated by ICE. This is the most un-American thing I have ever experienced in my entire life. You should be ashamed at your inaction and your silence. Shame on you. This is beyond anything that can ever be forgiven.
