I am writing to you in a state of absolute fury and profound grief for the state of our Republic. We are no longer a nation governed by laws, but one under the thumb of a lawless administration that has spent its first year systematically dismantling the Bill of Rights. As evidenced by the non-partisan documentation in Congressman Steve Cohen’s Trump Administration Tracker, this presidency is a continuous crime scene against the Constitution and the American people. The time for "concern" and "oversight" has passed. I am demanding the immediate introduction of Articles of Impeachment against Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and the architects of this terror within the Cabinet—specifically DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. Our country is being hollowed out by the following high crimes and misdemeanors: 1. State-Sponsored Murder: Under the guise of "Operation Metro Surge," federal agents have transformed into a paramilitary occupation force. The cold-blooded executions of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti—U.S. citizens killed by federal officers operating with total impunity—are acts of state-sponsored violence that must result in the immediate removal of the officials who authorized them. 2. Total Disregard for the Bill of Rights: This administration is treating the 1st through 4th Amendments as optional. From the illegal arrest and attempted deportation of students for their protected speech (1st), to the unconstitutional "surge" of unmasked agents conducting warrantless searches and seizures in our cities (4th), the executive branch has declared war on the liberties of its own citizens. 3. The Weaponization of ICE: Turning a federal agency into a domestic terror organization to "strike fear" into communities is a grotesque abuse of power. The diversion of billions of dollars to fund a deportation machine that targets poets, scholars, and medical professionals while ignoring actual public safety threats is a betrayal of the public trust. 4. Constitutional Usurpation: By ignoring federal court orders, intimidating judges, and attempting to seize control of the "power of the purse" through the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, this administration has effectively ended the separation of powers. History will judge every member of this body who remains silent. Donald Trump was a convicted criminal before he took this office, and his actions since January 20th have only proven his total inability to lead. Every day he remains in power, American blood is on the hands of Congress. I demand that you stand for the Constitution and move for the immediate impeachment and removal of this entire administration before the damage to our democracy is irreversible. If you refuse to act, you are not a representative of the people; you are a collaborator in the destruction of the United States.
