The way Indiana is handling compliance with DHS is atrocious. Innocent people are being kidnapped and murdered in our streets by secret, masked police officers. A person’s legal status does not determine whether they are “good or bad” and indiscriminately targeting Black and Brown people to kidnap them from their families and shipping them off to inhumane concentration camps like the “Speedway Slammer” is disgusting. Not only that, but now ICE officers have been given the authority to start killing citizens like Renee Goode and Alex Pretti for exercising their rights to observe and protest. And don’t give me any of that “peaceful protesting is fine but these goons threatened federal officers” bullshit because we know that’s exactly what it is— a bullshit excuse to allow federal officers to kill citizens and non-citizens alike in broad daylight without consequence. Vote NO to bills like SB 76, SB 122, HB 1039, SB 87, HB 1422, HB 1099, SB 170, and HB 1160 that paves laws to allow for more violence against the populace at the hands of the federal government. Choose humanity over power and TRULY make our country great. Stand up, wipe your mouth, and stop guzzling Nazi rhetoric from the president and his administration.
