I strongly oppose bill HJR 54. This proposed constitutional amendment seeks to overturn Missourians' rights by banning abortion in nearly all cases, going against the will of voters who rejected a similar measure the people voted against. Abortion is a deeply personal decision that should be left to individuals, not legislated through government overreach. I urge you to vote no on this extreme proposal that would strip away reproductive freedoms and undermine our democratic values. Missourians have made their voices heard - it is vital that their choice be respected.
