Any negotiations for a peace treaty between Russia and Ukraine needs to include Ukrainian leaders! Allowing Putin to write all of the terms is destroying Ukraine and alienating whatever European allies we may still have. Congress needs to unite to stop this administration from destroying countries, relationships, and the laws that have kept our nation strong and free!
