End OHP ops with ICE and protect election integrity under the 10th Amendment

I write to respectfully implore you to end the OHP operations with ICE.
Multiple reasons include your duty to the taxpayers to prevent liability from constitutional violations encouraged by ICE, and your duty to protect states rights to policing and elections reserved by the 10th Amendment.
Most importantly you have a duty to our state law enforcement to protect their professionalism and prevent them from incurring the "moral injury" that associating with those committing crimes against humanity can cause. We have seen many questionable deaths at the hands of ICE, and there's many more we haven't seen. Forcing our troopers to join with ICE will affect how they interact with all Oklahomans. The Americans Trump calls terrorists are not like Al Qaeda, who DHS was created for. That's why ICE should have been recalibrated and scaled back after Obama got Bin Laden, but here we are, when lower level public servants must take actions to prevent undertrained and morally questionable ICE agents from attacking our neighbors. I call on all our leaders to demonstrate good moral character and live the values many of us share to love our neighbors when they honor their oaths to The Constitution.
14th Amendment:
