I’m writing to urge you to oppose the nomination of Robert F Kennedy Jr as the HHS Secretary. Kennedy has no scientific background, and believes dangerous and harmful lies surrounding essential healthcare practices. I am a mother and pregnant with my second and terrified of the prospect of my child being unable to be vaccinated from deadly diseases like Polio because of his obtuse and dangerous rhetoric. The constituents in South Carolina deserve protections and for you to fight for us. Kennedy is a direct threat to public safety
