I am deeply disturbed that two National Guard members have shot and killed a Black man in Memphis. We need a transparent investigation into this shooting, and Trump’s so-called “crime-fighting task force” must be disbanded. The National Guard should not be doing everyday law enforcement! Same with ICE or any federal organization. It just keeps happening because Congress allows it. Please make a statement calling for this task force’s disbandment.
