The president of El Salvador is a corrupt thug… He should not be anywhere near the White House. The fact that Pres Bukele is refusing to return Garcia, as the supreme court unanimously directed is unconscionable; and frankly is an absurd farce. If Trump/the GOP asked for him to be returned, he would be returned immediately. There is no justification for this except to defy court orders and set a precedence for future defiance. The fifth amendment/due process is what differentiates us from authoritarian governments. It is what makes America great. The imprisonment of individuals- who have received no due process- in a notoriously violent third country prison is wrong.... This is on you. You, sir, will be remembered for this dark moment in our history.
