Once again, The "Kids Online Safety Act", KOSA, is a misguided bill claiming to do something good but going about it in the wrong ways. This bill will not be effective in its name, it will only put undue burden on small website and violate the privacy and first amendment rights of Americans participating in legal activity. I don't know why lawmakers do not consult actual experts in these things instead of greedy think tank consultants, but I digress. Vote No on this bill. Incinerate it and start from scratch.
