Prisons without inspections. Without accountability. Without Congressional oversight. The recruitment of ICE agents. Their lack of training. Lack of accountability. Shooting of American citizens. Use of excessive force. Duties beyond their purpose of border security. Race based policing policies. Profits gained by organized racism. There is no immunity waiting for those who executed Trump and Miller’s orders. There will be only accountability.
