Duke Energy Third-Party Sales Practices are Disturbing

Duke Energy's shady sales partnership practices need to be investigated. It's inappropriate that they force you onto the phone with them to set up service, and then transfer you to third-party sales operatives without directly informing you. This practice is misleading, could potentially lead to incidentally providing sensitive information to third parties, and frankly is full of scams. It's inappropriate those same third parties have access to my internet provider and other information. They should not be able to look up my services with other companies on-the-spot. This is insane.
