As your constituent I was glad to see you write on social media “Elon Musk cannot dismantle USAID without an act of Congress. Democrats must use every lever at our disposal to block his illegal takeover and shutdown of an essential government agency.” And I want to thank you for taking that stand. I hope you will indeed use those levers: withholding consent, invoking cloture, denying quorum, roll calls. I’ll look forward to your actions in Congress - and outside Congress - to act on behalf of America and your constituents and block these illegal actions. Presumably Vought is behind or a part of these efforts and his nomination simply can not move forward. Please advocate to see that withdrawn. Thank you
